Antique print titled 'Old Lion Insulted'. This print originates from a series depicting fables by Samuel Howitt. Samuel Howitt was an English painter, illustrator and etcher of animals, hunting, horse-racing and landscape scenes. He worked in both oils and watercolors.

Condition: Fair. Shows some wear and soiling. Tear in right margin, sl. affecting image. Few tiny holes, one affecting image. Piece of tape on verso right margin, no text. Please study image carefully.
