Antique print of the Dutch (VOC) visiting the court of the king of Arakan (Rakhine). Shows VOC ships and the Dutch on shore carrying gifts, riding elephants and visiting the court or the King of Arakan. This print originates from 'Reistogt naar en door OostIndiën, waar in de voornaamste landen, steden, eilanden, bergen, rivieren, enz (..)' by W. Schouten.

Condition: Good. General age-related toning, original folding lines. Minor wear and creasing. Blank verso, please study image carefully.
