Chromolithographed view depicting a food stall with 5 local people. A warung (old spelling: waroeng or warong) is a type of small family-owned business. This print originates from 'Het Kamerlid van Berkestein in Nederlandsch-Indie.', (translation: van Berkestein, member of the Dutch Parliament in the Dutch East-Indies.) by M.T.H. Perelaer, published in Leiden, circa 1888.
