Antique Print of a River in Madagascar

Antique print titled 'Rivier van Maningaar op Madagascar'. Text on verso. This print originates from 'Oud en Nieuw Oost-Indiën' by F. Valentijn. According to Valentijn, there was a Dutch trading post on the Maningaar River. The river is probably the Manarara river on the east coast near the Bay of Antongil.

Condition: Good. General age-related toning. Minor wear and soiling/foxing. Please study image carefully.
