Antique Chromolithograph of Goldie, High Class Arab Horse

At the end of the nineteenth century, the quality of superb chromolithographic illustrations for publication was exceptional. Many of the colour-printed lithographs for Cassells Book of the Horse were finished with hand-colour and highlighting. They are some of the finest illustrations that have ever been printed of horses.

Condition: Good. General age-related toning, minor wear and soiling. Piece of tape on top margin verso, no text. Please study image carefully.
