Bank transfer orders will be processed manually. You will receive a digital invoice within 24 hours. Your order will be processed after receiving the payment. All other methods of payment mentioned above will be processed by our payment provider Mollie.

We provide worldwide express shipping. The delivery time ranges between 2 and 5 days, depending on your shipping address. Customers in Non EU countries should note they are directly responsible for the full payment of any further TAX or Import Duty.

We ship our antique maps and prints either flat in packages specially or in specially ordered thick telescopic tubes. If you have a packaging preference, please specify your choice at the time of shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated in shopping cart. Free express shipping on orders € 300 and up!

If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions:

1. Phone or email us a message that you plan to return an item purchased within 14 days after you received the product(s). While it is not required that you give us a reason for the return, we always appreciate an explanation.

2. Returned items should be properly secured and packed before shipping.

3. Returned items should be shipped back using the same shipping method (or upgraded) as the original shipment.

4. We typically issue refunds within 2 business days of the receipt of a returned item.
